I hope you are able to keep your 337P. It is a nice looking bird. Your price looks about right for what you have. I Looked very hard 3 years ago before I purchased 1978 337H {337DC}. My ship is not Pressurized with total time 2650 hours & 900 on engines with new paint & interior with a lot of upgrades like yours. I have good boots, hot prop, hot plate & oxigen bottle in ceiling. I have about $140,000 in my ship at this time.
Good luck on sale if you have to. It is worth what you are asking.
