When I do the numbers on the page referenced previously, I use a script that I wrote that querys a copy I download of the entire US registry database. There are some other ways people reference P's that are not on your list. The only ones I can remember right now are T337G, T337HP and T337GP, for example. T337H's are not pressurized. But I bet at least a few late model P's are registered as T337H's (instead of HP). If I was really ambitious, I could figure that out from serial number ranges maybe...
Modesty aside, the method I use to generate the numbers on this site leads to the most accurate count that I know of anywhere. On the other hand, the last time I did the numbers was Summer 2002.
