Running out of fuel is not considered an accident! Just plain stupidity....
Force landing with a rough engine... in a twin ? Prelim's are just that. Did you notice a 172 landed "wheels up". That has to be priceless. Wish I was there to see that. Eustacio... you really must be bored when you start browsing thru the latest pilot errors <G>. Bob
