Cool Gordon, I have the Tanis ...

heaters on my bird. They have been on over ten years with minimal problems. Broken wire, a failed cylinder heat probe or so. I am not sure what you mean by heated bolts. I have (1) or (2) heat pads on upper case, (1) on oil pan and (5) cylinder heat probes which share with JPI for cylinder temps. I put an old quilt or blanket over the engines in the hangar and it keeps her toasty warm. I might get (2) of those fancy covers to take with me on the road . I used one up in northern Maine and it kept the engines warm for several hours. Not sure if I missed anything. Guy the old 72 driver....
