Oh, I see what you're asking now. The thetaPP will be affected by the rpm, not the load on the crank of whether it's going "uphill" or "downhill." If the rpm does change with a fixed pitch installation (as it would be in your scenario), then the thetaPP would change. This would be a very small effect.
