The First Two 336 Models

Dear Sirs,
N3800U is indeed based at Brookley Field, Mobile AL (KBFM) and is owned by some branch of the local government.
The last time I saw her on the flight line was in 2000. At this time she was outfitted with an ultra low volume spray system for mosquito control. Speaking with the pilots she was not seeing a lot of use, but appeard to be in good flying condition.
I am at KBFM perhaps every month and have not seen her since.
It is just good to know that a few still are in hiding to be saved for the future.
