Oil Dilution System ?

When flipping my parts manual, I have occasionally run across something called the oil dilution system. It's a little confusing in my manual, but it does not appear that my model of Skymaster has one. Nonetheless, I was very curious as to what this thing does and was unable to find any mention of it in the Service Manual or in the Continental overhaul manual. Can anyone out there enlighten me?
