Just reupholstered mine last year using airtex carpet side boards and headliner and they are excellent! I think it was about $1500 for the lot? Then I had a local guy do the seats and paint and cover the plastic $3500. He said that he could do carpet for less with a much higher quality carpet. Really his comments led me to believe that he could do the carpet and sidewalls with better materials for a bit more (probably within $2k or so) but that the headliner (wool) was very well done and at a hard to beat price.
