Reading your reference to pro seal, can you give me some more info please. My screen is in excellent condition so I did not need to replace it during this part of the refurb, however I did remove all screws prior to painting.

When I talk about refitting new screws and what sealant to use, I keep getting referred to silicone sealers. Now what was around the old screws was a white tacky material. Screen and side windows were replaced 250 hrs ago (10 years).

Going to see Don next Saturday (in the states for a week) for some spares, he might also be able to help with this one.
