If you're not an A&P mechanic, you should not be tinkering with flight contol adjustments. If you are an A&P, following the manual will get you in the right direction.
FAR 43 is quite specific on what an owner/operator is allowed to do as preventive maintenance. Any more than that requires mechanic supervision to accomplish. Dave Knoxville, TN |
